I'm going to say it's that they wrote "sale" instead of "sell". Then again, it could be that the writing is facing away from the road. In addition, they really should have decorated it more. A poster like that would have gotten a D in just about any class.
I find that starting form the beginning helps WK lol. But, you are right Elizabeth; it does say "sale", not "sell". And, It is not well decorated. I see this sign every day when I drive home from school, so I finally decided to share this funny grammar error.
