Black Rose Writing turned me down. It's not like I was expecting the first place I tried to say 'yes' but it would have been really cool if they had. I have to find another place now (because that was so much fun the first time).
ugh. The writing world is a cruel one. Most importantly, you are out there trying to publish -- not just talking about it! Keep working at it! Hopefully we see success this semester, if not, next, if not, next year, if not... You can do this. You have the talent.
